At LUNGTA TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED, we strive to provide quality fashion apparel and lifestyle products through Lungta Fashion. As we operate on a dropshipping model with third party shopify app as our fulfillment partner, all products are shipped directly from third-party suppliers.
We understand that occasionally a product may not meet expectations. This policy explains the conditions under which returns and refunds are applicable.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

You received a damaged or defective product

You received a wrong product (different from what was ordered)

The product is unused, unworn, in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Products purchased during discounts, promotions, or clearance sales, unless damaged or incorrectly delivered
3. Return Process

A return request must be raised by emailing lungtatechnologies@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the product.

Please include your order number, reason for return, and clear photographs (mandatory for damaged, defective, or incorrect items).

Once your request is approved, return pickup or shipping instructions will be shared.

Returned items must be in original condition and packaging.
4. Refund Process

Refunds are initiated only after the returned product is received, inspected, and approved.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.

Refunds typically reflect within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.
5. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only before they are processed or shipped.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible and the return policy will apply instead.
6. Responsibility
As we do not manufacture, store, or ship products directly, all returns and refunds are subject to approval by our fulfillment partner. However, we will assist you throughout the process to ensure fair and timely resolution.
